How teachers should be prepared

In the prior discussion of Brand X schools I talked about the kind of teacher education that such schools require.  Penn State provides an example through their PDS program.  Check out the recently published description prepared by Professor Bernard Badiali who has a long history of involvement with the National Network for Educational Renewal and is an AED Scholar.
